Meet the Team
Kevin

Prior to founding The Fidelis Advisory, Kevin served leading Fortune 500 corporations and investors in the areas of management assessment and organizational change initiatives at ghSMART.  During his time there, Kevin was one of the most prolific human capital assessors in the history of the industry, with extensive experience assessing talent within finance and technology. He also advised private equity and corporate clients on talent across a wide array of industries. 

 

Kevin was previously an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co., where he served clients in a wide variety of industries, focusing primarily on travel, transportation, and logistics. Kevin’s cross-functional teams provided strategic, operational, and organizational expertise to senior executives at numerous Fortune 500 companies. He also advised clients during multiple Fortune 200 mergers on matters including commercial integration, organizational design, human capital and transformational change.  

 

From 2004-2009, Kevin served as a captain in the United States Marine Corps, and conducted deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Following his deployment to Afghanistan, Kevin was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. 

 

Kevin holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, and a BA from the University of Minnesota. He lives near Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his wife and three children.
